Children born before the 37th week of pregnancy and babies with low birth weight often have difficulty sucking and swallowing. Because of this, they must be fed through oral or nasal tubes.

MAM offers a unique series of pacifiers for premature babies. The design helps calm  babies with  non-nutritive sucking and promotes proper jaw development whilst at the same time enabling feeding through tubing. The jaw muscles are strengthened and the sucking reflex is developed. This supports a quicker transition to breast or bottle-feeding.
